Real Madrid striker Kylian Mbappe has stated that he does not want Paris Saint-Germain to win the UEFA Champions League this season.
Mbappe believes Real Madrid should win the European top-flight title ahead of PSG.
The France international, who left PSG for Real Madrid during the summer transfer window, also wished the French Ligue 1 giants the best of luck in the Champions League.
Mbappe’s career has yet to include a Champions League win.
The 25-year-old appeared in the 2020 Champions League final, as Bayern Munich defeated PSG 1-0.
When asked if he wants his former club PSG to win the Champions League, Mbappe told Clique TV:
“Do I want PSG to win the UCL?” How about right now? No, I want to win for Madrid.
“However, I wish them the best at PSG. I hope that one day they will win the Champions League.
“But not now, because I have to win a little (laughs).”
