The All Progressives Congress has declared that Nigeria will improve significantly by 2025 due to President Bola Tinubu’s steadfast commitment to repositioning the country and setting it on a road of growth.
Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, the Lagos State APC Chairman, made the guarantee during the party’s Christmas Carol and Nine Lessons on Sunday evening.
According to the News Agency of Nigeria, the event titled “Christ In You, Hope of Glory” took place inside the party’s office in Lagos’ Ogba neighborhood.
Ojelabi, who acknowledged that 2024 had been difficult economically and politically, stated that the President had still been able to stabilize the country.
“We praise God for providing us with a president who is brave and courageous enough to make decisions that will benefit everyone in the long term.
“As we gradually move into 2025, I want to reassure Nigerians that the Renewed Hope of the Tinubu-led administration is still very much on course, and we have no doubt that things will get much better next year,” stated the president’s office.
Ojelabi stated that Carol was arranged to thank God for all He had done for the country’s ruling party.
“We need to thank God for all of Mr. President’s efforts to grow the economy, as well as the governor of Lagos State’s efforts. Our party’s flag bearers are doing an excellent job.
“Through his reforms, he is progressively rebuilding the economy and improving people’s lives.
“Generally, APC has every reason to praise the Almighty God for what we are witnessing. We are currently boosting our membership.
“This demonstrates that the public approves of the All Progressives Congress’ worldview.
“So, it (Carol) is our little way of showing appreciation and reaching out to vulnerable members of the public,” he informed me.
According to him, as 2025 approaches, Nigerians need to stay focused and unified in supporting the party’s efforts to rebuild the country and set it on the path of sustainable development.
