Nigerian dancer Lil Smart has filed a case against Naira Marley, the owner of Marlian Records, and singer Zinoleesky, alleging a danger to his life.
According to the Green Max, on December 9, 2024, Lil Smart sent a social media alert, stating that his life was in danger.
While imploring the world to hold Naira Marley and Zinoleesky responsible if anything happened to him, he uploaded unsettling videos and images of Zinoleesky and others reportedly pursuing him.
Zinoleesky responded by denying the claims and accusing Lil Smart of “chasing clout.”
However, in a popular Instagram post, Lil Smart disclosed that he has formally submitted his appeal to the authorities and is now seeking justice from the judicial system.
He also stated that he had previously been bullied by the two, but lacked sufficient proof to pursue legal action.
“This isn’t the first or third time I’ve been bullied. However, I did not have sufficient proof to face the law. Now, I thank God for the extremely excellent proof I have, and I will do all I have to ensure that this bullying and threat to life stops.
“With my proof, I sincerely hope that they are not too huge to capture. I’ve filed my petition, and evidence to the authorities. By God’s grace, the law that binds us as citizens of Nigeria will make sure I get the justice I deserve.”
As of the time of filing this report, Naira Marley is yet to respond to the allegations.
