The Federal Government, through the Ministry of Information and National Orientation, has announced that 2025 will be the year when all of President Bola Tinubu’s revolutionary policies begin to produce real advantages for Nigerians.

Mohammed Idris, Minister of Information and National Orientation, made this statement at the Ministerial Press Briefing series held in Abuja on Tuesday.

Since the present administration took office in May 2023, Nigerians have encountered economic hardships as a result of several government measures, such as the elimination of gasoline subsidies and the unification of the foreign exchange markets.

Additionally, the government has authorized a 50% hike in the cost of data and calls, as well as proposals to boost energy bills for non-Band A consumers in the coming months. These measures have contributed to widespread economic hardship.
