The All Progressive Congress (APC) in Kebbi State has stated that “there is no vacancy in the Kebbi Government House in 2027.”

Hon Aminu Ambursa, a member of the APC State Working Committee (SWC), stated on Sunday in Birnin Kebbi, the state capital, that the incumbent governor, Dr Nasir Idris, will face re-election in 2027.

Ambursa advised opposition parties to devote their resources and efforts to constructive discussions rather than pointless attempts to undermine the legitimacy of Governor Idris’ administration.

He stated that the governor has revolutionized Kebbi State economically and politically, and that his ideas, vision, and leadership are already producing positive outcomes that would help him secure a second term.

He also stated that Governor Idris’ leadership style will continue to drive infrastructure development, revitalize critical industries, and enhance the state’s position in the global economy.

Ambursa urged APC supporters in the state not to be sidetracked, but to remain steady and devoted to the Kaura-led administration.
