The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced an increase in the price of Premium Motor Spirit, or PMS, popularly known as petrol, for its consumers.
This was said in an email sent on Friday.
The refinery has declared that refined products will be priced at N955 per litre at the loading gantry.
Marketers buying between 2 million and 4.99 million litres will now pay N955 per litre, while those purchasing 5 million litres or more would pay N950 per litre.
This marks a 6.17% increase over the previous December’s fixed price of N899.50 per litre.
The warning read: “Please be reminded that, as of 5:30 PM today, an increase adjustment has been applied on the gantry pricing of Premium Motor Spirit.
