Controversial musician Habeeb Okikiola, nicknamed Portable, has insulted ace rapper and music mogul Olamide over his alleged feud with his former signee, Asake.
There were rumors that Asake had split up with Olamide’s YBNL in a dramatic manner.
Portable criticized Olamide over the rumored fallout in a video message posted to his social media profile, claiming the rapper handed him only a verse rather than signing him to his record label.
He said that despite receiving only a verse from Olamide on his song ‘Zazu,’ he was more appreciative than Asake, whom the rapper had signed and sponsored.
He went on to claim that Olamide took his producer and dancer instead of signing him.
Portable responded, “Olamide Baddo, if you had offered me to sign with your record label, I would have gladly accepted. Instead of signing me, you took my producer, dancer, and promoter, Kogbagidi, from me.
“The person you helped, [Asake], will not send you again. You merely offered me poem, and I’m more grateful than Asake since you gave your all. Promote me in the same way you promoted Asake and see if I don’t advance faster than him.”
